		<description>Thanks for involving me in the process.  It was definitely a learning experience.  I think some notes for us in the future are to figure out a better way to sparge all that grain, maybe get the grain/water mix at a slightly higher temp initially.  I'm curious to see how the hops turn out this time around and if we need to do anything differently with that in the future.  Anyway, it started smelling pretty good while we were brewing it and I'm looking forward to checking it out.  Let me know if the yeast properly survived the heat.  Congratulations on masterminding a new brew using advanced brew making techniques with limited equipment and a bunging apprentice, oh great brewmeister.</description>
